Happy dogs and cats in Australia.  Let’s join them!

One of the easiest ways to calm the mind and emotions is to visualize. If you like, you can take a virtual trip right now and go play on the beach with these cats and dogs.  Can you smell the salt air?  How does the water feel on your skin?  Is it cold, warm, just right?  If you like, take your consciousness there right now.  That’s how easy it easy to develop and gain access to our multi-dimensional gifts and abilities.  Going and visiting these dogs and cats on the beach during a meditation would also be a wonderful way to rejuvenate.  Something we could even do while taking a mini-vacation break for 5 minutes at work.  How refreshing!
